Intensive - Accessing the Power of Personal and Dynamic Alignment

In M/s Dynamics we talk about ‘leading’ and ‘following,’ and working harmoniously together towards our goal. However, when the path isn’t straight or smooth, how do we lead and follow in concert? This intensive will explore two strategies to co-create and maintain alignment within a Dynamic.

Part 1 will explore personal self mastery as a lifestyle philosophy, way of being, and practice for both sides of the slash. Undertaking this journey can help us achieve personal goals and overcome roadblocks which can unintentionally undermine alignment – enabling us to bring our best into our Dynamics.

Part 2 will explore how we can work together by aligning our wills to achieve personal and Dynamic goals. Drawing on our 29 years of experience, we will explore the role of personal will, learn to understand and recognize sources of misalignment, and review strategies to foster alignment, building towards both longevity and success.

Triggers and Past Trauma - Breaking through and Thriving despite feeling Broken

Many of us in the lifestyle come from histories and pasts that unfortunately involve surviving abuse and trauma. Those things can leave us with unknown trap doors and landmines that could BOOM at any time. Having lived through trauma and feeling broken, some, despite fear, push through and find community and learn to see their value despite being told, or allowed to feel otherwise. Make no mistake, it is not easy. This discussion, though difficult for many, can help us realize the inherent strength we possess as well as the value we bring to any proverbial table while actively putting into practice small things we can utilize to undo the effects of trauma that left us questioning our place. We will look at and talk about how we can deprogram and rewire ourselves to find value; not just in our service and servitude, but also ourselves. When we name the beast and takes it power over us back, we thrive. We heal. We grow. When we learn to stop perpetuating cycles we never asked for, we show through active healthy effort and work that it’s possible to live wholly despite once feeling broken or lost.

Presented by: Domina Alluriah

I ASK THE QUESTIONS HERE: Military and Police Style Interrogations

Throughout our lives, one of the most intriguing scenes that garner interest are interrogation scenes. Whether in movies or on television, the battle of wills that takes place during interrogations has always drawn interest. Whether it was in a police procedural where coercive methods were used, or in military movies where the hero resists efforts to betray their cause, the art of interrogation and resistance has fascinated many. In this presentation Sir Guy will explore the art and science of interrogation from both a kink and practical perspective, and demonstrates how this edgy play can produce an enjoyable scene.

Ally~Advocate~Warrior Tactics for Individuals, Organizers, and Groups in Kink & Leather

While some steps toward progress have been made in pockets of the community, few move beyond a blanket invitation to everyone with the claim to be “safe”. Being an Ally, Advocate, or Warrior is MUCH more than being intolerant of ~isms and ~phobias or inviting new speakers with a diverse identity to teach or posting a “We/I Stand with the X Community” letter in the face of atrocities.

The Kink & Leather Community Individuals, Organizers, and Groups each hold power to enact change and must move beyond the bare minimum. In this session, attendees will explore the many practical ways to engage, support, as well as empower Marginalized Groups and to implement meaningful Ally~Advocate~Warrior tactics that create a more inclusive Kink & Leather Community across key elements such as organization/identity, business, leadership, communications, culture, and data. Urethral Sounding – (with or without electricity)

“Sounding” is a method of stimulating the urethra in from the inside out. Much like anal play, it can be an acquired taste for some, but once “trained” it is often addictive. The sensation is sometimes described as being fucked from both the inside and outside, at the same time. As you can imagine the power exchange involved in such a vulnerable activity can be extreme (Said with an evil grin!). If coupled with a bit of prostate or G-spot stimulation, and or the low hum of electricity, the sounds of the season become delightfully erotic!! We will cover: types of sounds, safe practices, and demonstrate their use.

Presented by: Master Varii and slave neill

The 9 Service Languages of Authority Transfer Relationships & Dynamics

The number of ways to Serve within an Authority Transfer relationship or dynamic is infinite. Each one is customized to suit the individuals involved, and with long-standing P/partners the number and level of Service seems to grow more complicated and involved over time making it nearly impossible to explain to others seeking guidance. With so many unique examples and vague descriptions, is it any wonder that many find it difficult to initiate, negotiate, and explore M/s-centered Service successfully and with clear intention no matter how often they’ve walked down this road?

The 9 Service Languages of Authority Transfer provides both sides of the / with an easy to explore framework to build, navigate, and even REnegotiate functional Service-Based M/s engagements with shared expectations and positive outcomes. Topics include: Service dialects, benefits, challenges, and associated archetypes of types of Service, as well as factors that impact Service Languages.

Leather Reign: Voices of DEI

We are living in a tumultuous existence in a struggle for self-expression. Not only to ourselves but to those who participate in the kink, BDSM, and Leather communities everywhere. DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) is not a new concept, but a constantly evolving social engagement that recognizes all in the past, present, and future. We use shared symbols, languages, and experiences to provide a place to express our freedoms. Race, gender, age, disability, educational attainment, and even citizenship are not the only factors that prove that through DEI, everyone must have a say in matters that impact everyone. Leather Reign’s pursuit to ensure that everyone has a place is not a goal, but a continuous endeavor to keep the community thriving through our actions and beliefs without dismissing the existence of others. Community engagement is not just essential, it’s empowering, and it’s our collective responsibility to keep us thriving.

Presented by: Leather Riegn DEI team

Uniform Play: A Novel way to Enhance Your Scene Play

The crisp uniform of the Marine Corps Drill Instructor, the highly polished tall black boots, Sam Browne belt and mirrored shades of the highway patrol motorcycle cop, the well tailored uniform of the flight attendant, the naughty but nice private school uniform, the scrubs and lab coat of the medical professional. What do all of these things have in common? They are all uniforms and they can all be used to add spice to our role play scenarios. In this presentation, Sir Guy explores the psychological effect that uniforms can create in a scene, the way authority and role reversal can be used to heighten the intensity of a scene as well as a variety of possible role play scenarios. He also gives resources, legal observations and ideas for play scenes with a smattering of erotica thrown in!

Sometimes It's Just About Being Cruel

(This is not for pick up play)The sadist inside needs to be fed once in a while too! It can’t all be about only going one step and a tip toe past what the bottom wants. Once in a while it’s a leap, a bound, and a sly smile more than what they ‘want’. Gender, Expression, Identity, Pronouns and why they matter!

When we hear about Leather and Leather history, we often hear about the gay Leatherman who banded together after the second world war and then, later, the lesbians and dykes who stood with the gay Leatherman during the height of the AIDS Crisis. But where were the Trans people, the Gender anarchists and two spirit folx who identified as Leather?

We have always been here but rarely spoken about or seen. In the last two decades, many waves of change have come and as Leather evolves so do the members of our community. It’s difficult for those people who only remember or identify on the binary spectrum to accept us. You might think it should be easy to for them to understand us, but it seems there is always a stumbling block, hurdle, and worse, those who refuse to acknowledge our validity and expression.

THIS CLASS IF FOR THEM. We will talk about the important difference between sex and gender ( THEY ARE NOT THE SAME ), expression, identity, and the pronouns that are only made difficult by those who refuse to accept how we use them! Please join this class if you have questions and confusion around these things. This discussion is designed to help you understand and make sense of things you don’t know about or want to. You never know who will come out. It could be your sister, your brother, someone in your Leather or vanilla family. We have always existed and we have always been here. BDSM and Attachment Styles

Attachments are emotional bonds formed in childhood based on the behavior of our caregivers. Whether we form secure or insecure attachments is dependent upon how our needs for attention, love, and growth are met in our earliest formative relationships. The patterns set in place can carry forward to affect how we form adult attachments, including friendships, romantic partners, and the bonds of power exchange.

This presentation will examine the basics of Attachment Theory, how attachment styles are expressed in adulthood, and how they are manifested in different BDSM identities. Are BDSM attachments generally more or less secure than “vanilla” relationships? Do styles differ between Dominants, submissives, and switches? How do gender roles and multiple partners play a part? The class will also touch on how to encourage secure attachment in ourselves and in our relationships with others.

Content advisory: topic includes references to abuse and trauma.

Presented by: Sir Panda

Pet Play as Bondage, Humiliation & Degradation

Pony play is often associated with elegance, playfulness, and the equine spirit—but what happens when your pony isn’t just embodying the spirit of a horse, but a bound and “forced” partner, stripped of autonomy and molded into an object of degradation and control? Or what if man’s best friend is both a beloved companion and a debased, dirty animal that deserves to be treated as nothing more than a mutt in heat? This class explores the intersection of role play, sexuality, bondage, humiliation, and degradation, challenging traditional notions of pet role play.

Join Master Handler Ray and his loyal pet Ginger as they offer a deeper look at the psychological and physical aspects of this type of play. Through their dynamic presentation, we’ll explore how power, obedience, and objectification shift when pet play moves beyond fantasy into forced transformation. How does this change the relationship between pet and handler? What new avenues of control, punishment, and reward emerge? What will Ginger really do for a treat?

Participants will have the opportunity to expand on their existing power dynamics, reimagine their approach to pet play, and gain tools to deepen their engagement in consensual degradation and objectification. Whether you’re a seasoned pet player or simply curious about new and sadistic expressions of power dynamics, this class invites you to rethink the bounds of role play and explore new depths of BDSM and authority.

Presented by: Master Ray and slave Lexi
