<p>We are living in a tumultuous existence in a struggle for self-expression. Not only to ourselves but to those who participate in the kink, BDSM, and Leather communities everywhere. DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) is not a new concept, but a constantly evolving social engagement that recognizes all in the past, present, and future. We use shared symbols, languages, and experiences to provide a place to express our freedoms. Race, gender, age, disability, educational attainment, and even citizenship are not the only factors that prove that through DEI, everyone must have a say in matters that impact everyone. Leather Reign&rsquo;s pursuit to ensure that everyone has a place is not a goal, but a continuous endeavor to keep the community thriving through our actions and beliefs without dismissing the existence of others.
