Hello wonderful people! I am happy to have attended my second year of Thrive. I enjoyed the classes I was able to attend and enjoyed learning from the speakers, panelists, and others who attended. I learned from last Thrive all about con drop. I knew for me it was important to stay hydrated, fueled up, and rest when needed this year. Thank you to the speakers, panelists, facilitators, and moderators of Thrive. I will be back in April 2024 for my third Thrive.
