<p>Effective Communication 103 will address one of the biggest aspects of communication, having the ability to listen. &nbsp;We will look at the difference between Real and Pseudo listening and the reasons we do each. &nbsp;We will then look at the 12 blocks to effective listening. &nbsp;Addressing each one individually and showing what they look like in different situations. Learning to recognize them to then allow us to overcome them and become more effective communicators.</p>
