<p>Leather Reign and the newly organized DEI committee seek to share an overview and have a conversation about what the future holds as Leather Reign grows and becomes intentionally diverse, equitable, and inclusive. Leather Reign will honor diversity, equity, and inclusion as well as accessibility and belonging for conference staff and attendees. DEI helps cultivate an environment of creativity, perspective, and respect. Our conversation will challenge participants to share ideas, foster inclusive collaboration, and increase awareness regarding systemic inequalities in our community. The Leather Reign DEI committee seeks to be a catalyst for growth in community conversations and actions that we can all take out into our broader communities to actualize change.
