Unowned: My Experience Of Being Unpartnered Property

A shared experience I hear from unpartnered people strongly drawn to ownership is that it’s intensely lonely. In an attempt to reach out to those who feel similarly and say “You’re not alone,” I will share elements of my personal journey as unowned property, from the painful to the joyful. Content will touch on attempts to find a meaningful, fulfilling path to follow while unowned, the value and the challenges of community, and grappling with doubts about worthiness in the face of difficulty finding compatible partners. Although my experience is as unowned property and I will be speaking from that viewpoint, I expect that there are elements of the class that will provide food for thought regardless of relationship status or role.
